Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between AirtktSupport (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) and the individual or entity using our services (“you,” “your,” or “Traveler”). AirtktSupport provides travel-related services, including flight bookings and other travel arrangements. By accessing or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. General Notice

These Terms, together with any applicable brochures, documents, correspondence, and supplier terms, form the complete basis of the contract between you and AirtktSupport.

In accordance with California law, these Terms contain waivers, limitations of remedies, arbitration provisions, a class-action waiver, venue-selection requirements, and other important provisions that affect your legal rights.

Confirmation of your booking constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and confirms that you have read and understood them in full.

B. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the State of California.
  • You are authorized to make the booking on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.
  • All information provided by you and your travel party is true, complete, and accurate.

1. Booking

1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

1.2 You are responsible for carefully reviewing all documents, invoices, and certificates prior to confirming your booking. Any discrepancies must be reported to us immediately.

1.3 Your booking is not confirmed until:

  • Complete and accurate traveler information has been provided; and
  • You have accepted these Terms, whether in writing or electronically.

1.4 Upon confirmation, we will provide you with payment instructions and applicable due dates.

1.5 All bookings are subject to availability and the applicable terms, rules, and policies of our suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, cruise lines, and tour operators.

1.6 AirtktSupport acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers and shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, acts, or financial standing of such suppliers.

2. Payment and Pricing

2.1 Full payment is due at the time of booking; where a deposit structure applies, the remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date.

2.2 Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in:

  • Automatic cancellation of your reservation;
  • Forfeiture of any deposit paid;
  • Application of applicable cancellation fees; and
  • Enforcement of our standard cancellation policy.

2.3 Any missed, refused, or declined payment will be treated as a voluntary cancellation initiated by you.

2.4 Discounted and promotional fares are subject to restrictions and are generally non-refundable. Any changes to such fares may incur additional charges.

2.5 Professional travel planning requires significant time, expertise, and coordination with multiple suppliers.

2.6 Fees charged for consultation, itinerary planning, or travel management services are non-refundable, regardless of whether the trip is subsequently booked, modified, or cancelled.

2.7 Prices and availability are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, supplier pricing, and other market conditions.

3. Accuracy of Information

3.1 We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of content published on our website, in brochures, and in advertising materials; however, occasional errors may occur.

3.2 We reserve the right to correct pricing or other details prior to booking confirmation.

3.3 You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all travel details at the time of booking.

3.4 Prior to submission, you must carefully review all travel documents, invoices, and confirmations to ensure that names match the corresponding government-issued identification exactly.

3.5 Traveler names must match the passport or government-issued identification to be used for the trip.

3.6 While providing a middle name is optional, any middle name submitted must be accurate. Errors may result in denied boarding, correction fees, and, in some cases, the need to purchase a new ticket.

3.7 You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided for booking purposes is accurate and complete.

3.8 Delays in providing required information, or the submission of inaccurate information, may result in additional penalties or fees.

4. Special Requests

4.1 Requests relating to dietary needs, seating, or room preferences must be submitted at the time of booking.

4.2 Special requests are forwarded to the relevant travel supplier on a best-efforts basis; however, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. AirtktSupport accepts no liability if a special request is not honored.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Your policy should provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and related risks, consistent with the California Insurance Code.

5.3 AirtktSupport accepts no responsibility for losses that could have been mitigated through appropriate travel insurance coverage.

6. Supplier Conditions

6.1 Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, whose own terms and conditions form part of your contract.

6.2 Suppliers may limit or exclude their liability in accordance with their own terms.

6.3 The applicable airline's conditions of carriage govern your air travel.

6.4 Baggage allowances and any excess baggage charges are determined solely by the operating airline.

7. Cancellation of Your Trip

7.1 Each supplier maintains its own cancellation policy, which will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.

7.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email with a read receipt. Refunds or credits, where applicable, will be issued in accordance with the relevant supplier's policy.

7.3 Partially used tickets, or tickets subject to a 100% cancellation penalty, are non-refundable.

7.4 In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, any refund or credit remains at the sole discretion of the supplier.

8. Cancellation by a Supplier

8.1 In the event a supplier modifies or cancels your travel arrangements, AirtktSupport shall not be held liable for any resulting loss or damage. We will notify you as promptly as possible upon becoming aware of any such change.

9. Accommodation Ratings and Standards

9.1 Accommodation rating standards vary by country and region, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any rating.

9.2 Ratings are assigned and provided by the relevant supplier, not by us.

10. Force Majeure

AirtktSupport shall not be held liable for any failure to perform arising from events beyond our reasonable control or that of our suppliers, including but not limited to war, terrorism, labor disputes, severe weather, or natural disasters. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in such circumstances; you may also contact the relevant supplier directly.

11. Credit Card Payments, Authorization, and Chargebacks

11.1 We accept all major credit cards. You must complete the required signed or electronic payment authorization.

11.2 By authorizing payment, you:

  • Permit us to charge the authorized card for the applicable travel arrangements;
  • Agree to be bound by our cancellation policies; and
  • Agree not to initiate improper or unauthorized chargebacks.

11.3 Please contact us directly regarding any charge-related dispute; we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter and, where appropriate, recover costs associated with improper chargebacks.

11.4 Chargebacks may not be disputed under the following circumstances:

  • Reservations that were not cancelled prior to the applicable deadline;
  • Charges authorized by the cardholder (excluding verified fraudulent activity);
  • Supplier cancellations resulting from force majeure;
  • Dissatisfaction with a supplier's products or services; or
  • Disagreement with previously disclosed cancellation policies.

In accordance with California law, you retain the right to dispute fraudulent or unauthorized charges.

12. Fitness to Travel and Medical Conditions

12.1 You must notify us in advance if any traveler has a medical condition or disability that may affect their ability to travel.

12.2 We may require a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel.

12.3 AirtktSupport or the relevant supplier reserves the right to cancel a booking due to medical concerns.

12.4 Certain destinations require proof of medical insurance for entry. We shall not be held liable for denied boarding resulting from a failure to meet such requirements.

12.5 Declining travel insurance may result in unrecoverable financial loss in the event of illness, injury, or trip disruption.

12.6 AirtktSupport is not responsible for losses that would otherwise have been covered by travel insurance had it been obtained.

13. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

13.1 You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements.

13.2 Many countries require a passport to remain valid for at least six months beyond the intended return date.

13.3 Travel may be denied or cancelled by an airline or government authority if documentation requirements are not met.

13.4 You agree to reimburse AirtktSupport for any fines, penalties, or fees incurred as a result of non-compliance with these requirements.

14. Non-Responsibility Clause

14.1 Third-party suppliers arranged through AirtktSupport are independently owned and operated and are not managed or controlled by us.

14.2 Any tickets, receipts, vouchers, or coupons issued by a supplier are subject to that supplier's own terms and conditions, which you agree to abide by when using such items.

15. Travel Advisories

15.1 You are responsible for reviewing applicable government travel advisories prior to departure.

15.2 “Avoid Travel” or similar advisories may reflect extraordinary or evolving circumstances and should be reviewed carefully before finalizing travel plans.

16. Flight Reconfirmation

16.1 You are responsible for reconfirming your flight schedule with us or directly with the operating airline no later than 24 hours prior to departure.

17. Liability, Indemnity, and Limitations

17.1 AirtktSupport's liability is limited solely to the value of the services booked directly through us.

17.2 AirtktSupport shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from:

  • Illness, epidemics, or pandemics;

  • Force majeure events;
  • Terrorism or criminal acts;
  • Equipment failure;
  • Government travel advisories;
  • Border closures; or
  • Accidents, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind,

except where such losses arise directly from our own negligence or willful misconduct under applicable California law.

17.3 You agree to indemnify and hold AirtktSupport harmless from any loss, damage, fine, or expense arising from your actions, including any improper chargebacks.

17.4 Except in cases involving our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of contract, you agree to indemnify and hold AirtktSupport harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms.

18. Violations by You

18.1 A violation of these Terms may result in one or more of the following:

  • Refusal of continued access to our services;
  • Forfeiture of monies paid; and/or
  • Cancellation of your reservation.

19. Communicable Disease and Travel Disruption

19.1 Travel may expose you to communicable diseases.

19.2 AirtktSupport shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • Quarantine requirements;
  • Mandatory vaccination policies;
  • Supplier-initiated changes;
  • Government-imposed suspensions; or
  • Health-related entry restrictions.

19.3 Any refunds or credits arising from such disruptions will be determined in accordance with the applicable supplier's policy.

19.4 AirtktSupport does not assume responsibility for additional costs such as hotel quarantine, medical treatment, extended stays, or missed connections resulting from communicable disease-related disruptions.

20.1 We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable federal privacy laws.

20.2 Personal data is collected solely for booking and service-delivery purposes.

20.3 Personal data may be shared with third parties or suppliers only where necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements.
